What is AskGemba?

AskGemba is a regularly occurring broadcast where experts answer your questions about high performance teams, lean product development, and agile software development. You will also hear answers to questions from other individuals and organizations around the world. The types of topics you'll hear addressed range from "how do I deal with the difficult person on the team?" to "should we work from one backlog or several?".

AskGemba is open to anyone and everyone who is interested.

Great, how can I start?

Please send an email to admin@AskGemba.com, requesting that we add you to the group. Please provide your name, a brief description of your role in your organization, and a brief description of the challenges you are currently facing in your group. After we add you to the system, You will receive an automated response asking you to confirm your registration. Upon confirmation, you will receive information on how to submit your questions to AskGemba.

What should I expect upon joining?

Once you have registered for AskGemba you will be able to submit your questions and participate. In each session one or more questions submitted from the community is explored in detail. You will also receive regular notification emails reminding you of the time and logistics of the next meeting.
